Abstract
submission online >>> Due to numerous requests from authors, the abstract submission deadline has been extended until 15 March 2011. Instructions for abstract submission Abstracts can be submitted for any of the congress themes and they will be allocated either for oral or poster presentations. The congress secretariat CONGREX is responsible for handling of all submissions and will be able to help with technical questions. Abstracts can be submitted only through online submission form. The abstract must be written in English. Abstracts should include a title (max 150 characters), background, aim(s), methods, findings and conclusions. Maximum number of characters is 2000, including references and excluding personal information. All authors should be listed by their last name and initials. Affiliations of each author should be listed as well. To edit your abstract you will need the link to the original submission and your abstract reference number as well as the password which are found in the acknowledgement e-mail of your original abstract submission. The abstracts will be evaluated by the scientific board and the corresponding author will be informed by e-mail about the decision to accept or reject the abstract by 15 March 2011. The list of the accepted abstracts will be shown at the congress website. The maximum size of posters will be limited to 90 cm x 120 cm (width x height). The presenting author is responsible for setting up and removing the poster at given times.
Registration and payment of at least one of the
abstract authors will be required. The deadline for
author registration and payment is 1
