Cancellation of
registration
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing (by
e-mail, telefax or airmail) to CONGREX.
Cancellations will be accepted until 30 April 2011
with a refund of all prepaid fees less an administration
charge of 100
euros.
After this date no refunds will be
given.
